KNM Aviation Placement is a recruitment agency serving exclusively the aviation sector worldwide, specializing in executive and management level positions requiring aviation experience.

Although the positions sought or offered may vary between say, finance, operations, marketing, human resources, engineering, etc., the fields of expertise are limited to:

KNM Aviation Placement is a traditional executive and management recruitment company. That means we do not charge any fees to candidates for registering with us, nor do we charge anything to employers to advertise the positions they want filled.

We get paid by charging employers a single fee of 5 per cent of the proposed candidate's first year gross salary before payroll taxes and deductions, only if we have directly recruited the candidate. The service fee is always paid by the employer, never by the candidate.

Employers will have noted that our fee is much less then that charged by full service recruiting agencies that will advertise their positions in national or worldwide publications, and also travel worldwide to evaluate and interview candidates. We don’t advertise positions at large and we don’t travel to meet candidates. We do however advertise for aviation experienced candidates worldwide to register with us.

Amongst the candidates we represent, we will select those most suitable for the position, make them aware of the employer and the offer, and only after thorough verifications of credentials, references, and availability, will we present their files to the employer.

Our services being free of charge to candidates, there will be no contractual obligations between us and them. We are non-exclusive; therefore employers are free to work with other agencies recruiting for the same positions.

Should you wish to work with us, please send the detailed requirements of the position, including: employer and field of activity, division, title, job description, location, remuneration, direct report, appointment details, candidate requirements, resources available, scope of budget and number of employees under the position.

We will also expect and respect your deadlines, preferred contacts, and instructions.

KNM Aviation Placement’s goal is maintain one of the largest selections of qualified aviation executives and management, to ensure that the needs of the aviation industry are met promptly, adequately, and successfully. We make our services available to aviation employers of any size anywhere.

Should one of our placed candidates leave your employment for any reason during the first three months of employment, we will provide a selection of qualified potential replacements at no cost.

Candidates

KNM Aviation Placement helps match aviation professionals to aviation positions available. We specialize in recruiting for the aviation industry only, and offer only candidates with aviation experience.

Aviation employers will only seek our services if the position to be filled requires aviation experience. Therefore we invite candidates without aviation experience seeking a position in the aviation industry to register with non-specialized placement and recruiting agencies.
